Students at PS 209 and PS/IS 295Q kicked off the spirit with a bang, enjoying a lively Field Day filled with outdoor activities and games. However, due to inclement weather, the much-anticipated Field Days for the main site and MVB have been postponed to June, promising even more excitement in the coming weeks.
Despite the split field day schedule, the spirit was strong throughout the week. Each day featured a unique theme, encouraging creative self-expression and playful participation. A major highlight across all locations were the popular blow-up attractions, bringing an extra dose of bouncy fun to the festivities. And to beat the spring warmth, students were treated to refreshing ices, adding a sweet touch to their spirited days.
Spirit Week at P177Q served as a wonderful opportunity to reinforce school pride, foster positive relationships, and provide a much-deserved break from routine. The enthusiasm and participation from students and staff across every site made this a truly memorable week of unity and joy.
