P177 STEM Fair Recap

This incredible event brought together over 50 schools, with the presence of Superintendent Kettler, our dedicated administration, including Mr. Duffy and Dr. Dickerson, as well as enthusiastic parents.

Under the guidance of Ms. Jurado, our Digital Media teacher, Ms. Narli's class collaborated on an exciting experiment. They showcased how they programmed a Sphero Indi robot to follow the life cycle of a chicken! This hands-on project allowed students to dive into coding while demonstrating their creativity and understanding of science.

Throughout the fair, students presented their projects to fellow schools and administrators, sharing their innovative ideas and findings. The STEM Fair featured a variety of experiments, including composting, sensory exploration, gardening, robotics, and even creating magnetic slime!

Overall, the D75 STEM Fair was a thrilling yearly event where students could not only showcase what they have learned but also discover the amazing projects their peers are working on in their classes. This vibrant celebration of learning truly inspires curiosity and fosters a love for science and technology!
