P177Q Panthers joined the school around the city by taking part in the Energy Climate Action Change. Students and teachers prepared for this day by creating awareness and teaching lessons on how to conserve energy. Students made morning announcements. They also made flyers in their digital media classes and created posters.
On this day classes enjoyed natural light and power-down. Ms. O'donell's class kept a log and each student had the responsibility of signing their name when turning off the light. Many lessons were taught around the building on how to conserve energy. If you would like to learn and get resources about Climate Action Days press this link.
